Lorraine founded Rojek Consulting Group in 1990, pioneering RCG’s signature philosophy regarding corporate culture, value systems, and productive client-agency relationships. Today she is regarded as an industry expert on these topics.

Her twenty-seven year career in marketing and advertising includes account management for brand-oriented consumer packaged goods at Chicago agencies, Needham, Harper & Steers, and Ogilvy & Mather. She then joined Interpublic’s Cleveland agency Lowe Marschalk as a Group Vice President, handling a diversity of consumer accounts.

As Vice President of Corporate Marketing for Ameritrust (now KeyCorp), she was named to the Bank Marketing Association Board of Directors for the innovative application of consumer marketing principles to the then operationally focused banking industry.

Lorraine holds a B.S.J. and an M.S.A. from Northwestern University, having graduated with highest academic distinction. She is also the current Executive in Residence for the Graduate School of Business at Malone University, Canton, Ohio, and serves on the advisory council for the Graduate School of Theology.
