As General Manager/Principal of the RCG-NY, I will provide the same high quality consultation
that Cleveland has been delivering for years to clients with a strong focus on increasing
accessibility and collaboration in the NY and East Coast market.
Over the years, I've experienced firsthand the value consultants can provide, especially in
an agency search. I've always been impressed with how RCG-run reviews have been conducted
and I know that my agency-side experience will be highly valuable across RCG's service portfolio.
My 24 years of agency experience at Arnold Worldwide/NY (formerly Jordan, McGrath, Case and
Partners) has taught me how to nurture the creative process, how to manage teams to deliver
effective programs, how to maximize client/agency partnerships, what’s important to look
for when choosing an agency, how to effectively execute integration and how to structure a
fair and equitable compensation arrangement.
After receiving my Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Akron, I spent my early
years in the business as an advertising agency copywriter, then switched to account management.
Over the course of 20 years, I have managed just about every type of account you can imagine.
For the last 5 years, my role was to run new business and integration.
I'm proud to say, I've worked for many well known brands in a wide assortment of categories
including Glaxo SmithKline, Pillsbury, McDonalds, Rockport Shoes, Bermuda, ING Financial Services,
Pfizer, Casual Corner, Welch's and AT+T Broadband to name a few.
But I'm not all about work. I spend as much time as possible in Westport, CT with my wife
of 23 years, Jana, and my teenage son, Reade. My wife and I share movies and books. My son
and I share golf and guitar.
