As such, they as individuals deserve to be treated with high degrees of respect, confidentiality, empathy and integrity so that we may earn their trust.
And from a position of trust, comes relationship. From relationship comes influence, and the belief that the solution recommended by RCG is intended to be in their best interest. Which of course it is.
The Importance of Acceptance and Buy-In
Consulting recommendations, supported by information and insight, tend to be understood and accepted across complex organizations and stakeholders, even external ones.
The acceptance and buy-in to the solution improves the degree to which the decisions made, be they the selection of an agency, the adoption of a recommended brand campaign, or a marketing team redesign, will “stick” and indeed drive the desired change you seek.
These are the principles by which we operate. We see our own “brand” as synonymous with integrity … applicable to all endeavors and all relationships.
Our commitment to conflict-free ethical behavior also means we do not derive any of our revenue from the advertising agency industry. In fact, we even donate all speaker fees we receive to non-profit organizations.
