Tina has served as a senior consultant with RCG since 1997. With more than fifteen years prior marketing communications’ experience in healthcare, banking, retail and nonprofit industries, her work now focuses on best practices for marketing management. She brings a wide range of expertise to marketing management from assessing marketing and organizational systems to developing practices, processes and tools, to improve performance.

Tina also acts as a senior consultant on the development and implementation of proprietary and customized solutions for RCG’s clients including: ASPEN® (Agency Search Assignments); PACE™ (Performance & Compensation Audits); BEST Practices; and MOST™ (Marketing Organization).

She holds an M.B.A. from Baldwin Wallace College and a B.A. from Cleveland State University.
