Dave joined RCG in 1994. He directs the implementation of the advertising agency search services (ASPEN®), including information management, proprietary database functions, and quantitative assessments and analyses. He also oversees internet and intranet systems to support all RCG internal and external operations related to our portfolio of services including our CultureScans® organizational culture assessment tool.
Dave has valuable prior experience in executive management training and development at the Center for Quality Studies, Analex Corporation, Cleveland.
His years of consulting and research experience with Marsick & Associates, a Cleveland-based management consulting firm offer additional insight into each new partnership we help to create.
Dave is a graduate of Miami University with a B.S. in Organizational Behavior.
