While I like my role of being a mostly behind the scenes guy, there isn’t a product in our
portfolio or client that I do not have experience with from Aames to White Castle (we haven’t
had client that starts with X, Y or Z yet).
I joined RCG in 1995 to provide the qualitative and quantitative analysis and culture expertise
needed to help our clients improve their marketing effectiveness. For example, I conduct the
analysis related to CultureScans® Profile, RCG's proprietary corporate culture assessment
tool.
I also manage several proprietary RCG agency databases, RCG's data and information processing
infrastructure, and our web site. Over the years my role has evolved and I now support
RCG’s overall operations. If you have any suggestions on how RCG can serve you better, I’m
as close as an e-mail.
Prior to RCG I worked in the Center for Quality Studies at Analex Corporation, an aerospace
contractor in Cleveland, Ohio. At Analex I helped create and implement a total quality
management program. This work involved developing tools, techniques and measurements for
achieving continuous improvement. Similar to RCG, improvement criteria were more than critical
since NASA's Lewis (now Glenn) Research Center was a major customer. I was also a researcher
and trainer for Marsick & Associates, a Cleveland-based executive management, training and
development firm.
My Bachelor of Science degree is in Organizational Behavior at Miami University. In my spare
time I can be seen playing with my two girls or changing diapers on our most recent addition
(a son) or tracing family genealogy with my wife, the college professor. I am also an avid
sports fan ever hopeful that the Browns, Indians, or Cavaliers will bring home a championship
in my lifetime.

and intellect has intended us to forgo their use." — Galileo Galilei
